How long will my mushrooms stay fresh?
This depends on the species. Generally between 4 - 10 days. Keep the mushrooms in the white cardboard box provided or a simple brown paper sack in the fridge. Do not get wet. The best conditions are cool with high humidity. Gently rinse just before preparing your meal.
